9. Self-Watering Planters (Plastic Bottles)
Cut a plastic bottle in half. Invert the top part (the neck) into the bottom part. Fill the bottom with water and the top with soil and a small plant. The neck of the bottle allows the plant to “wick” water as it needs it.
- Aesthetic Tip: Paint the outside of the bottom half with a cute character face (like a cat or a bear) to make your planter look like a little friend.
